Supporting children, young people and families to feel safer, stronger and more connected
Educational Psychotherapy and Trauma-Informed support in homes, schools and community settings.
Specialist individual, group and whole-school trauma-informed support in homes, schools and the community
Aspire 2 Success CIC provides specialist therapeutic provision for children and young people who are experiencing emotional, relational or learning-based challenges. We recognise that behaviour is communication, and when children and young people are distressed, they need attuned adults who can understand what they are feeling and support them to feel emotionally safe, this is crucial for them to be able to learn.
Our work includes Educational Psychotherapy, EMDR and Life Story Work to help children and young people develop emotional regulation, make sense of their experiences and strengthen their capacity for relationships. Our approach is relational, evidence-informed and tailored to the individual needs of each child and young person.
Alongside direct therapy, we offer small-group interventions, consultation, reflective practice and staff development to support trauma-informed practice across the school environment. We collaborate with education settings, families and multi-agency professionals to promote consistency in support.
By combining individual and group therapeutic interventions with whole-school practice development, we help reduce barriers to learning and improve engagement, inclusion and wellbeing in education and at home.
Children & Young People
Supporting children and young people to feel understood, confident and ready to learn
Families & Carers
We work alongside parents and carers to strengthen relationships, understand behaviour and reduce stress at home. Support includes space to reflect on what a child’s behaviour might be communicating and how best to respond.
Schools & Professionals
We partner with schools to provide therapeutic support that improves emotional safety, behaviour and engagement in learning. We also offer staff consultation and strategies to help children feel secure and ready to learn.
We also provide in-depth support for teaching and care professionals in schools and residential care settings. Find out more...
